Terms & Conditions
Prices are per room for bed and breakfast,
based on 2 people sharing a room:
Bran: £100 for one night, £90 per night for two or
more nights
Brenig: £80 for one night, £70 per night for two
or more nights
Nant Fach/Alwen suite: £70 for one night, £60 per
night for two or more nights, £30 per night for each additional
person.
We do not take single night bookings for Fridays or Saturdays.
We do not normally take children under the age of
16, but will consider an exception at our discretion, when
guests make a ‘whole house’ booking (Bran, Brenig
and at least one other room).
Pets: We are animal lovers and gladly accommodate
any pet that is better behaved than Oliver!(by
prior arrangement). Dogs are normally accommodated in
the sun room at the front of the house and can
use the lounge under supervision. We do not allow
dogs in the bedrooms.
Terms: A non-refundable deposit of approximately 20% is taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation within 7 days of stay will incur a charge of 50% of the full cost of your stay
Cancellation within 3 days of stay will incur a charge of 100% of the full cost of your stay
For the comfort of our guests we operate a strict no smoking policy. Any guest who smokes in the rooms will be asked to leave and the full cost of their booking will be charged.
